I really wanted to give DAZI a chance, but the look of the site threw me off almost immediately. The design felt super old and not very polished, like it had been frozen in time for years and nobody came back to clean it up.

The colors and layout made browsing feel weirdly stressful, and some pages looked so messy that my brain basically gave up. It just wasn’t my vibe at all, and I ended up leaving way faster than I expected

I didn’t have a good experience with their customer service. I messaged them about my order and waited way too long for a reply. When they finally responded, it didn’t really answer my question.

I had to ask the same thing again. It felt like nobody was actually looking into it. The products might be fine, but the support made everything annoying. I probably wouldn’t order again

I just tried returning a dress recently, it turned me off the whole shop. I followed the return steps on the website and emailed them right away, but the replies took ages and felt super generic, like no one was actually reading what I sent.
At first I was hoping to exchange it, but after all the back and forth I just wanted my money back. They kept asking for details I had already provided, and I had to keep following up to get any kind of response. Maybe they’ve been better in the past, but based on this latest experience, I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

My order ended up taking 12 days to arrive, which was way longer than the estimate. I was kind of left waiting without many updates, so it got frustrating. The product was fine, but i’m not happy with how slow the shipping was.

I was let down when my order arrived. The box was a bit crushed, and the item inside looked like it had just been tossed in with hardly any protection.

For what I paid, I really expected it to feel more polished, especially since it was meant to be a gift. If this is the kind of presentation I can expect going forward, I’ll probably take my business somewhere else.

The fit was fine, but the material really wasn’t what I expected. It felt thin and a little scratchy, almost like something much cheaper than what I paid for. I tried to give it a chance, but the more I wore it, the more disappointed I was. I’m planning to reach out to customer service because this just doesn’t feel worth the price, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make it right.

From what I remember, it just felt way too expensive for what you actually get. I wouldn’t say it was worth the money.
